1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, or subscribing to any membership tier on Zahidiom (“Zahidiom,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

• You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal business capacity to register and enter into contracts.
• You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile up to date.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at security@zahidiom.com of any unauthorized access.

3. Memberships, Billing & Payments

Zahidiom offers both free tiers (“Connect”) and paid executive subscriptions (“Network”, “Collaborate”, “Circle”, “Enterprise”).

• Billing Cycle: Paid memberships are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring charges to your designated payment method.
• Plan Upgrades & Downgrades: When upgrading your tier, upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your paid subscription at any time directly through your Membership Billing Portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the remainder of your pre-paid period, after which your account reverts to the Connect tier.
• Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day satisfaction refund guarantee on initial membership signups upon written request to support@zahidiom.com. Subsequent renewal periods are non-refundable once billed.

4. Ecosystem Benefits & Third-Party Platforms (Hostiom, Shiftiom, Signiom)

Certain membership tiers include complimentary or discounted access to integrated ecosystem tools, such as cloud hosting via Hostiom.

• Ecosystem benefits remain active as long as your qualifying membership tier remains in good standing.
• If your Zahidiom subscription expires, cancels, or lapses, linked complimentary benefits are subject to suspension or termination in accordance with our continuity policies.
• Use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective acceptable use policies. Prohibited activities (such as hosting illegal content, spamming, or abuse) will result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Community Code of Conduct

Zahidiom is an exclusive community of executive founders. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against:

• Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or defamatory statements against any member.
• Unsolicited bulk marketing, mass DM spamming, or automated scraping of member directories.
• Misrepresenting your identity, business revenue, or credentials.
• Any activity that compromises the security, availability, or integrity of the platform.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent expulsion without refund.

6. Intellectual Property & Disclaimers

All platform trademarks, logos, system code, and proprietary content remain the exclusive property of Zahidiom Network. You retain full ownership of content, assets, and code that you post or deploy.
